As a Lead Nurturing Marketeer, you are at the forefront of the customer journey – guiding potential clients from first contact to the handoff to our sales team.

We are currently looking for a:
Lead Nurturing Marketeer at our Uithoorn location.


What will you do?

  • Manage, qualify, and guide international leads in the cosmetics market
  • Focus on sustainable and biodegradable packaging solutions
  • Ensure timely, relevant, and personal follow-up of leads
  • Effectively transfer warm leads to the sales team
  • Develop campaigns and create content for email, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Use tools like SugarCRM and MailChimp for targeted communication
  • Collaborate with our Sustainability Expert and sales teams in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany
  • Structure and optimize the lead nurturing process
  • Take initiative and contribute creative ideas independently

What do we expect from you?

  • You are passionate about sustainability, eco-friendly materials, and digital marketing
  • You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week
  • You have strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English
  • You work in a structured way, take initiative, and are self-reliant
  • Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) is a plus
  • Experience with MailChimp and CRM systems (like SugarCRM) is a plus
